Casa Lagar is one of three houses within the brand new La Malvasia finca complex in Arico Viejo, a very quiet peaceful location about a 20 minute drive from the main tourist areas of the sunny south of Tenerife.
The complex is a brand new, luxurious development with all three houses sharing the beautifully landscaped pool and outdoor leisure area. Casa Lagar is the largest of the three villas with an incredible living space of more than 185 sqm, which is considerably bigger than an average 5-bedroom house. The villa has a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one double with a king size bed and two twin rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The elegantly furnished lounge offers every conceivable luxury to spoil the discerning guests including TV, HIFI and DVD. The lounge opens up onto the outdoor terrace, complete with wooden outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities.
There is free WIFI internet access which is also accessible in the pool area. A washing machine is also provided.
All the main tourist attractions are within easy reach, yet when you stay at Casa Lagar you will feel like being in a different world.
The La Malvasia complex accommodates up to 18 guests in nine ensuite bedrooms and can be booked for larger parties.
